It has just occured to me that this year’s bday is the first one in decades (θκυο αλλά mind you), that i haven’t blown ANY candles on the actual day of my birthday.
And this year’s birthday was not just an ordinary day. Everyone was celebrating that day.
But some people break promises and some others just prefer going to the movies, without even havin the guts to say it.
I don’t judge em for letting me down once, when a million other times were there.
It just made me feel less appreciated at the time. And later on when finding out that ‘we prefer stayin at home tonight’ actually meant ‘we prefer watchin a movie than celebrating anything’.
Sad aint it ?
PS. Special thanks to the only two individuals–one at a time, who spent hours of their day, tryin to make up for the absence of others. PS2. Thanks for the cards and the scarf 🙂

Seems i have to learn how to celebrate alone. Blah, need to be social and im not good at it.
